Who Is Martin Roxby?

Martin Roxby is the founder of NOUS. He is an experienced course developer and instructor based on many years of working in industry. He started his career in Sales where he experienced the benefit of a focused 12-week training program to support his success in selling to large enterprise customers. In this Sales role, he became increasingly interested in how clients got value from their investments and this led to a career move to Management Consulting. Again, this move was supported by a high-quality professional training program and allowed him to quickly pick up the techniques and skills required to be effective and efficient in the role. After many years helping clients of all sizes successfully adopt changes and gain value from technology investments, he has moved into a number of leadership positions and used his experience to run enablement projects to build the skills of colleagues in the field.

Martin set up his training business to meet an increasing need that organisations have for helping their staff gain and maintain the skills that they need to keep up with changing business demands.

He has designed and delivered training sessions ranging from 1-hour introductory courses through to 4-day onsite courses delivered in the UK and abroad. All of these courses are based on his extensive professional experience as well as deep research into both the topic and effective learning methods. This ensures that the knowledge gained in these courses is, by design, practical and simple to apply.
